    The 6-Session Foundation Program is required for results. Two sessions per week for three weeks is the ideal schedule. Ongoing maintenance sessions are required to maintain and improve on results.
  • How long should I wait between sessions?
    For the foundation phase, each session must be at least three days apart—never more than two per week. Maintenance sessions should be spaced between 4 to 12 weeks to retain results.
